The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 13% to 443 properties with a top sale of $1.59 million at 1815 Bayside Island SW in Airdrie.
The Average Sales Price increased by 2% to $548273 and the average price per sq ft has decreased by 6% to $353
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply increased by 5% to 4.5 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 6.09% according to Bank of Canada with the variable rate starting around 3%
“So overall, we’re seeing the market settle into a more balanced rhythm. Homes are taking longer to sell, but prices are holding steady and buyers have a bit more choice again. With rates edging down, Q4 could bring a few more people back into the mix — it’s not a slowdown so much as a shift toward stability.”
