According to Matrix, the marketplace for Airdrie residential properties, here's what happened in October 2025 versus September 2025:
The Number of SOLD listings increased by 4% to 136 properties with a top sale of $1.365 million at 158 Canoe Crescent SW in Airdrie.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 3% to $529,837 and the average price per sq ft has decreased by 5% to $338.36.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply decreased by 7% to 4.2 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate had no change with 6.09% according to Bank of Canada.
